Morning Flow: Warming up to the sun...

This Yoga class, early in the morning, starts the day with a vitalizing, energetic approach to awaken and invigorate your entire body, preparing you for your day. This session includes a combination of breathing techniques, Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga.

Evening Relax: Winding down with the sunset...

This evening Yoga class ends the day with a calm, gentle approach to cleanse and relax the body and mind. This session includes a combination of easy movements, deep breathing for longer periods, Yin yoga and Gentle Hatha yoga.

Group sizes of those participating in yoga groups are ideally between 5 and 8 people. If your group would like to combine yoga with personal fitness training, learn more about it under our mixed wellness packages. For groups of 4 persons or fewer, please contact us for an appropriately adjusted fee.

Yoga

Presence in the moment, deep breaths of oxygen, and an endless horizon – this is yoga on board. Imagine dawn breaking over still water, the sky blossoming into colored light, and you work through the stretches in stillness, many kilometers away from other people.

We have partnered with qualified instructors to offer this package so you can continue your practice of yoga and meditation in an environment that allows deep focus and relaxation. Each day, yoga on board is 2 sessions, one at the beginning and one at the end of the day.

*1 day sessions do not require instructor to stay overnight. From one night and more, berth and provisions for instructors are required during time on board.

Massage

Our massage therapists add a layer of pampering and refreshment to your sailing break, which you deserve and enjoy in the salty sea air. They aim to relax and rejuvenate you as they pull away aches and tension with deep-tissue and anti-stress sessions. 

Every day of the massage package brings 5 hours of massage, that you enjoy in one hour or half hour sessions. Sessions start at 9 am until noon, and resume at 6 pm. This means your luxury treat can be shared within the group, and puts a smile on quite a few faces.

Massages Offered:
  • Swedish Relaxation Massage – gentle, tension relief, the classic

  • Deep Tissue – helps chronic pain, improves mobility

  • Sports Massage – good for prevention or treatment of injuries

  • Thai Massage – given on a Thai massage mattress, an ancient healing practice of gentle pressure and stretching techniques to relax the whole body

Fitness Training

Keep energized and strong on board with our fitness training right on board your sailing yacht vacation. Our instructors offer functional training sessions incorporating exercises from cardio to muscle training with minimal equipment.

The sessions target multiple muscle groups, working on resistance, movement skills and enhancing general mobility, improving your balance and core strength by using body weight exercises, mini bands and other materials.

Bringing functional fitness to your vacation sailing and beach spots is not only fun, but gives you the option to keep fit and stay on top of your fitness routine during your holiday period.

Fitness training on board is one group session lasting a full hour every day.

Isometrics

Specially designed to target the whole body, these exercises build serious strength and stamina. Isometric abs moves – planks and others where you hold a position to work your core – activate your core muscle fibres. These are ideal on board where space and equipment are at a minimum.
