Cyclades Yoga Sailing
Greek Islands on a Catamaran
Sail for a week around the Cycladic Islands, on thousands shades of blue – the waters of the Aegean. A retreat for all the senses, in the sea air, under the sunshine, it is sailing yoga to calm the mind and soothe the spirit.

Presence in the moment, deep breaths of oxygen, and an endless horizon – this is yoga on board. Imagine dawn breaking over still water, the sky blossoming into colored light, and you work through the stretches in stillness, many kilometers away from other people.

For one week, we sail in the Aegean sea, around the islands of Kythnos, Sifnos and Serifos. Kythnos has superb beaches, ample space, tranquility and an authentic ambience lost to the busier islands. Sifnos and Serifos are quiet and laid-back, two gems kept secret by the locals. These islands offer their own gastronomy, with the oxygen-filled backdrop of the sparkling blue waters.
Each day on board brings hidden bays, peaceful beaches, tranquil yoga sessions twice a day, and stunning sunset views. The rest of the time we soak up the culture, swim, snorkel, hike, and enjoy the food and sunshine.
